ビザ業務の更なる効率化、サービスプロセスの向上のため、国内の指示に基づき、中国駐福岡総領事館は中国ビザ申請のオンライン申請を開始し、それと同時にこれまでの中国ビザ申請システムの使用を停止致します。したがって、中国駐福岡総領事館管轄地域に住む方は、中国ビザオンライン申請ページより中国ビザの申請を行うことで、申請事項のオンライン記入、そしてオンラインでの申請材料の提出ということが可能になります。

一、オンライン申請サービス開始日時：2025年6月30日

（https://consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/）から入っていただき、申請手引きをお読みになった上で、初めての申請を行う際はアカウント作成から申請を始めてください。そのアカウントからビザ申請の進捗状況を確認することができます。申請がスムーズに進めるため、スマホでの申請はご遠慮ください。

Please log in to the China Online Visa Application website (https://consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/) using a computer.Read the application guide. First-time applicants must register an account, through which you can check the status of your visa application.Please do not use a mobile phone to submit your application.

三、オンライン申請を提出したあと、総領事館が審査を行います。審査の結果により、資料の訂正や追加の必要な場合もありますので、必ず審査済の状態（待递交护照/Passport to be submitted）になってからご来館ください。下の図をご参考ください。窓口受付時間:平日9:00-12:00（中国と日本の祝日を除く）館内混雑を避けるため、11:30前にご来館いただくようお願いします。

Please come to the Consulate-General to submit your passport only after your application has been reviewed and approved (indicated by the status "Passport to be submitted"). The visa office is open Monday through Friday, 09:00–12:00 (closed on Chinese and Japanese public holidays).

The necessity to apply for a Chinese visa if a foreign citizen is planning to visit China

Foreign citizens should have applied for and obtained appropriate visas before entering China unless they are visa-exempt according to certain agreements and regulations. 

You are advised to ensure that your visa is valid before travel. If your visa has expired or the visa has insufficient number of entries, you need to apply for a new visa.
